In assessment, a total of 577,000 rectangular meters of workplace area become absorbed via the market for the complete 2015 with BPO groups accounting for 66 percentage of the leased areas.
Leechiu noted that net take up for office areas has consistently grown inside the closing 15 years immediately, with the six hundred,000 square meter take up for the first nine months by myself of 2016 hitting a new document.
